From first thought
to final detail.
A practical sequence that makes room for good questions and informed decisions.
01. Listen and understand
We discuss the site, intended use, budget priorities and timing. Bring any existing drawings, measurements and reference images. This conversation identifies the services you need and the information that is still missing.
02. Define the scope
The proposed scope sets out the work, drawings, responsibilities, exclusions and payment stages. Surveys, engineering checks and authority requirements are considered where relevant. An early estimate is refined as the design and material specifications become clearer.
03. Develop the design
Layouts, elevations, interior choices and technical information are coordinated for the agreed services. Decisions are reviewed with you before the project moves into the next stage. Changes are recorded so their effect on scope, price and time can be discussed.
04. Build and review
Construction follows the agreed drawings and specifications. Site reviews, progress records and discussions support the work. Material selections, concealed services and finishing details need timely decisions to avoid unnecessary rework.
05. Complete and hand over
The final review records outstanding items and the handover information included in the contract. Maintenance guidance and any agreed aftercare are discussed at this stage. Exact responsibilities and warranties depend on the written project agreement.
